Important: Medicare & Medicaid patients
We are unable to see patients who have any Medicare coverage (including Medicare Advantage) or Medicaid (including TennCare and Virginia Medicaid).
We are in the process of credentialing with insurance plans. At this time, appointments remain self-pay. Please contact our office to confirm whether we participate in your specific plan before scheduling. We can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt — that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellations & no-shows
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and missed visits (not joining within 10 minutes) are charged the full visit fee. No charge if a practice-side technology failure prevents the visit.
