Psychiatry
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management for depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, OCD, PTSD, binge eating and other mental health conditions.
Family Medicine
Primary and preventive care for patients 18+, from routine checkups, health screenings, and lab reviews to ongoing management of conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, mental health, weight, and more.
Weight Loss
Your weight loss journey should feel supported, not overwhelming. We offer personalized, medically supervised care, including GLP-1 medications like tirzepatide and semaglutide and other options, tailored to you, your health goals, and lifestyle.
Addiction Treatment
Telehealth treatment for adults with alcohol use, tobacco and other addictions, using non-controlled medications.
We do not prescribe controlled substances, such as buprenorphine (Suboxone) or benzodiazepines, and we do not provide detox or withdrawal management.
We treat patients 18 years of age and older.
Our practice philosophy: Good care starts with getting to know you as a whole person. Together we'll talk about your work, relationships, and home life, your cultural and educational background, and any medical conditions you're managing. Understanding these pieces helps us make an accurate diagnosis and build a treatment plan that fits you.
Fees
Payment is due by card when you book.
New patient visit
60 minutes

Follow-up visit
20 minutes

Important: Medicare & Medicaid patients
We are unable to see patients who have any Medicare coverage (including Medicare Advantage) or Medicaid (including TennCare and Virginia Medicaid).
We do not bill insurance, but we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer yourself.
Missed appointments and late cancellations
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the full visit fee is charged.
- If you do not join your telehealth visit within 10 minutes of the start time, the visit is considered missed and the full visit fee is charged.
- If you join your visit from outside Tennessee or Virginia, the visit is considered missed and the full visit fee is charged.
- There is no charge if we cannot connect because of a problem on our end.
- Fees may be waived for a documented emergency. To request a waiver, please send documentation we can verify (for example, hospital or urgent care discharge papers, or a note from a treating provider) within 7 days of the missed appointment. Waivers are granted at the practice's discretion.

Important: Telehealth Visits Only — Tennessee & Virginia Patients
All appointments are conducted by telehealth. To be seen, you must be physically located in Tennessee or Virginia at the time of your visit. If you will be outside these states on the day of your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule. If you join your visit from outside Tennessee or Virginia, we will be unable to see you, and the visit will be treated as a missed appointment and charged the full visit fee.
